GENERAL NOTES
1.1 These are the terms and conditions on which you join us for the ABBA Tribute Night at Donnington Manor Hotel (“the Event”). We reserve the right to amend or vary these terms and conditions, including any website content, from time to time at our sole discretion without prior notice.
1.2 Please read these terms carefully before submitting your booking to us. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide the Event to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem, and other important information.
1.3 Please note that if you are making the booking on behalf of others in your group, it is your responsibility to ensure that all additional guests agree to these terms and are in receipt of all relevant information relating to the booking. Donnington Manor Hotel shall not be responsible if members of your group are unable to attend the Event as a result of you failing to provide them with the relevant information.
OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU
2.1 Individual / Private Customers (B2C Customers)
2.1.1 Our acceptance of your booking will take place when your payment is processed successfully and you reach the booking confirmation page, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us. We will also send you an email confirmation.
2.1.2 If we are unable to accept your booking, for example because of limitations on our resources, we will inform you of this in writing and issue you a refund.
2.1.3 We will assign a booking reference to your booking and include this in your booking confirmation email. It will help us if you can quote your booking reference whenever you contact us regarding your booking.
2.2 Corporate Customers (B2B Customers)
2.2.1 Your booking will be accepted when you agree the event date, guest numbers and pricing with your event organiser. At this point, the contract will be treated as concluded and the full booking fee will be payable immediately. For larger group bookings, your event organiser may at their discretion agree to take a deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance payable at a later agreed date.
2.2.2 Once booked and payment made (or payment terms agreed), we will send you a confirmation email and booking reference. Please note that payment is due as agreed at the time of booking and not upon receipt of invoice or purchase order unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
YOUR EVENT
3.1 We will deliver the Event on the date specified in your booking confirmation email.
3.2 Guests attending the Event must behave in a respectful and responsible manner towards staff and other guests at all times.
3.3 You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to contact us regarding any dietary requirements, accessibility requirements or medical concerns relating to your attendance at the Event.
BOOKING CANCELLATIONS
4.1 Once booked and paid, tickets for the ABBA Tribute Night are non-refundable and non-transferable. As we are selling a leisure event service, there is no statutory cooling-off period for online bookings.
4.2 Re-scheduling your booking may be possible only at the discretion of Donnington Manor Hotel and subject to availability. Requests to amend bookings must be made more than 7 days prior to the Event date.
OUR RIGHT TO CANCEL OR AMEND YOUR BOOKING
5.1 In certain circumstances, we may need to cancel the Event. If we do so, we will use reasonable endeavours to contact you as soon as possible and offer either an alternative date or refund.
5.2 We may make changes to the Event, including entertainment acts, menus or timings. If significant changes are made, we will use reasonable endeavours to inform you as soon as possible.
5.3 We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests from the Event if:
5.3.1 Guests behave in an aggressive, abusive or threatening manner towards staff or other guests;
5.3.2 Guests are deemed excessively intoxicated;
5.3.3 Guests fail to comply with venue safety procedures or staff instructions.
HOW TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING
6.1 To inform us that you would like to cancel your booking, please contact the hotel directly using the contact details listed on our website or through the event organiser you have been dealing with.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
7.1 The price of your booking (including VAT) will be the price stated at the time of booking. Once payment has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email and receipt.
7.2 Reduced guest numbers after booking will not qualify for a refund.
7.3 Additional guests may be accommodated subject to availability and payment upon request.
7.4 We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards. Full payment may be required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
DISCOUNTS
8.1 Promotional offers and discounts may only apply to selected events and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless stated otherwise.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE SUFFERED BY YOU
9.1 Our total liability to you, however arising under or in connection with the contract, shall be limited to 100% of the price paid by you for the booking.
HOW WE MAY USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AND GDPR
10.1 We will only use the personal information you provide to us as set out in our Privacy Policy.
10.2 We will store your data in accordance with relevant statutory, local and central government regulations.
